You have to get to Sushi Leblon early in the evening if you want to get to a table, because this small little eatery is always packed. There’s a good reason for that: They have some of the finest seafood to be found in Rio. Few people would argue that theirs is the best sushi around. In addition, though, they have excellent salmon crunch and spicy tuna. Keep in mind, too, that their menu tends to change at least weekly, so you should never be afraid to ask about what’s new and exciting on their menu.
