This just might be Rio’s only restaurant which tries to offer their patrons only organic food. If you think that’s a bad thing, it’s not. The taste is not only organic, but delicious. They always offer an amazing and fun variety. Salads are their specialty, and currently they offer about 40 different ones. In addition to their salads, they have a few tasty hot dishes and some delicious desserts. They have a buffet, but you pay for the amount you get, except for pasta and soup, both of which come on the side.
