It’s all about the sandwiches at Focaccia and nobody does them better any place in Rio. Focaccia has won multiple awards for their Italian sandwiches, most recently in May of this year. Although the shop itself is nothing spectacular just a typical diner set-up with a few tables the sandwiches keep a steady crowd of people coming in, especially at lunch time. Two of their bestsellers include the smoked salmon and the roast beef with mustard. They have a full line of soft drinks as well!
